Near-Field Communication Techniques

The NFC (Near Field Communication) technology is jointly developed by Philips and Sony. The technology is named 'near field', because the communication distance is usually less than 10 centimeters. This is a technology to be used in various consumer electronic equipments to ensure proximity communication but it has the greatest potential when deployed in mobile handsets.

Facultative Danube Cruise, Monday, 2 July 2007

We offer a 3-hour boat trip on the River Danube, from Buda at a fee of € 40. A buffet dinner will wait for you on board, and a short program will complete the evening, when you wish to take your eyes off from the night view of the illuminated city of Budapest and the surroundings.

 

 

Gala Dinner, Tuesday, 3 July 2007

Gala Dinner (included in the full registration fee) will take place in the Royal Castle of Buda, which houses the Hungarian National Gallery today. Dinner will be served among famous Hungarian paintings of the 19th Century.

Best Paper Award will be announced during the dinner. A short cultural program will complete the evening. Extra tickets for the Gala Dinner are available at a fee of € 100.
